Roman Bronze Statue of Actor 1st/2nd Century AD Rare

An interesting piece, the subject being most uncommon. The figure appears to carry Hercules club and lion skin but wears a distinctive mask and robes.
The statue has been mounted on a painted wooden base, attached to the bottom of which is a heavily worn square of paper with the traces of old quill writing, probably provenance for the statue but sadly worn away.
