How to buy

Firstly you will need to register/login, this can be done by clicking the ‘my account’ button in the top right of the screen. Follow the onscreen instructions, if you have already registered & are a returning user then you will need to login using your email address & password. Once you have done this you are ready to purchase items or bid in our auctions. When you find a fixed price item that you wish to buy click the ‘add to basket’ button and continue shopping. If the item is being auctioned you can place a bid then, if successful we will notify you after the auction ends. When you wish to checkout click the ‘basket’ button in the top right corner of any page, this will take you to a list of all the items you wish to purchase. Postage will be calculated and added automatically, once you have checked your items click ‘proceed to checkout’. On the next page you will be able to check your address details and select a payment method, we accept payment by PayPal, all major credit/debit cards, or by bank transfer.

At all stages you will receive email confirmation from us, this is system generated and sometimes filtered in to Junk mail folders, please check these if you don’t hear from us when expected.

Rarely the item you have ordered may have been sold while we are away from the office (at an event or similar), if this is the case we will be in touch and refund your payment in full as soon as possible.

Payment Options

We accept £Sterling, $USD & EURO payment by the following methods:

  • All major Credit/Debit cards online (you will be redirected to a secure Worldpay page at payment stage) Excluding AMEX.
  • PayPal

We also accept £Sterling payments by the following;

  • Credit/Debit card by phone (01242 898107) within office hours.
  • Bank Transfer
  • Personal Cheque
  • Cash on Collection from Cirencester, Gloucestershire or a pre arranged meet or at one of the many events we attend around England.

Payment should be made where possible within 7 days (14 days for auction lots). In some circumstances we are happy to reserve items for you provided payment is made within an agreed time frame. Please contact us to discuss what we can offer.

Certificates of Authenticity (COA)

As members of the BNTA all of our items are guaranteed to be genuine and as described. With this is mind our invoice is all the certification you will need for your purchase however if you would prefer a separate COA please ask at the time of purchase and this will be provided.
