The 1000th anniversary of Rome was in 248AD with commemorative games planned long in advance and taking place in that year.
The exotic hippopotamus was one of the featured animals. Though her husband Philip I and their son Philip II also displayed animals from the games on their coins the hippopotamus reverse type only occurs on coins of Otacilia Severa.
This coin comes with an old collectors ticket.
