R with PRO AVG (across field). The coin portrays Providentia, the Roman goddess of forethought, draped, standing left, pointing with right hand to a large globe to the left field, and holding a vertical sceptre in left hand, with left elbow resting on a column.

A very attractive coin showing excellent details.
